01Your service agreement governs
Before any paid work begins, Path Plaza confirms your scope, stages, and fees in a written service agreement (shared and acknowledged in writing, including by email or WhatsApp). That document is the governing record for your case. This page explains the standard framework; if your signed agreement and this page ever differ, your agreement prevails.
02The service menu
| Stage | What it is | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Study Abroad Profile Check | A first review of your qualifications, destination preference, budget band, and English status — an honest view of whether your plan is realistic, and what a sensible next step looks like. Delivered as a short written preview. | Free |
| Study Abroad Roadmap | A structured, written plan for your case: destination-fit analysis, verified shortlist options, document checklist, timeline, and action steps. Fee confirmed in consultation; adjustable when it forms part of a wider consultancy package. | Paid |
| Consultancy Package | End-to-end support through your chosen route: university & course direction, application and documentation support, and visa file preparation assistance. Stages and inclusions itemised in your agreement. | Paid |
| Pre-Departure Support | Travel, accommodation-direction, arrival, and settling guidance. Included for package clients as scoped in the agreement; available separately otherwise. | Per agreement |
The free stage is genuinely free: no card details, no token payments, and no obligation to continue. We will tell you clearly at the point where a paid stage begins.
03Included vs excluded
Every paid Path Plaza service includes
- Honest assessment — we would rather lose a sale than sell an unrealistic plan;
- Official-source verification of fees, requirements, and intakes before you commit money to an application;
- Organised documentation support and honest file preparation;
- A written record of scope, stage, and progress for your case;
- Receipts for every payment made to Path Plaza.
Every Path Plaza service excludes
- Third-party costs — university application fees, tuition deposits, IELTS/PTE or other test fees, TB test fees, health insurance/IHS-type charges, visa and immigration fees, translations, attestations, notarisation, and couriers. These are set by third parties, paid to them through their official channels, and are usually non-refundable by them.
- Outcomes — admission, scholarships, visa approval, work, or settlement. Our fees pay for defined work and honest representation of your case, never for a result.
- Legal or immigration representation, appeals, or tribunal work — where your case needs a qualified lawyer or licensed adviser, we will say so plainly.
04How fees work
- Fees are discussed in consultation and confirmed in writing before you pay. We do not publish fee schedules on the Website, because scope differs from case to case.
- Fees are charged per service stage, so you never pay for the whole journey upfront.
- Fees are never linked to outcomes — no "pay when the visa arrives" promises, and no extra charge if you get a scholarship. Success-dependent pricing is a red flag in this industry; we don't use it.
- Promotional adjustments (for example, a Roadmap fee credit against a later package) are honoured exactly as written in your agreement.
05Cancellations & refund table Standard framework
| Situation | Refund position |
|---|---|
| You cancel the Roadmap before the session / before work begins | Full refund of the Roadmap fee. |
| You cancel after the Roadmap has been delivered | No refund — a delivered written plan is completed work. (Any package credit promised in your agreement still stands.) |
| You withdraw during the application stage | Refund of the stage fee minus the value of work already performed (assessments completed, shortlists prepared, applications drafted or submitted), itemised in writing. |
| You withdraw during the visa-file stage | Same principle: unearned portion refunded, completed work retained, itemisation provided. |
| University or visa refusal | A third party's decision does not itself create a refund entitlement — our fee covered the preparation work. Partial refunds apply only where written in your agreement. |
| Third-party amounts already paid out (application fees, test fees, etc.) | Never refundable by us — they belong to the third party's own refund policy, which we will help you check. |
| Termination for dishonesty (false documents, concealed refusals) | Service stops immediately; fees for work performed are not refundable. |
06If we cancel a service
Occasionally we must decline or stop a case — for example when requested options are not realistically available, destinations fall outside our four active countries, or a client cannot meet document deadlines. Where Path Plaza ends a service for reasons other than client dishonesty, you receive a refund of all unearned fees for work not yet performed, itemised in writing. Declining an unrealistic case before payment costs you nothing.
07How to request a refund
- Write to info@pathplaza.com or WhatsApp +92 315 5009620 with your name, the service, and the reason. Written requests create a record for both of us.
- We acknowledge within 3 working days and give a substantive decision within 14 days, including an itemisation if any portion is retained.
- Approved refunds are paid by the same channel you paid with, within 14 days of approval, and confirmed in writing.
08Fair-use & honesty clause
Refunds exist for genuine situations. They do not cover: change of mind after completed work; inability to meet third-party costs or entry requirements that were disclosed to you; decisions made by institutions or authorities; or cases terminated for dishonesty. This clause protects honest clients by keeping the service viable and fairly priced for everyone.
09Questions
Ask about scope and refunds before you pay — that conversation is free, and we expect families to have it.
