01Agreement to terms

By using pathplaza.com (the "Website"), submitting an enquiry form, contacting us on WhatsApp or email, or engaging any Path Plaza service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

If you are under 18, these terms must be accepted on your behalf by a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for your use of the Website and services.

02Who we are

Path Plaza (SMC) Pvt Ltd, operating publicly as Path Plaza and listed as Path Plaza: Education & Visa Consultants, is an independent study-abroad consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan. We currently serve four destinations: United Kingdom, Turkey, Ireland, and Malaysia. We are a private consultancy — we are not a university, a government body, an immigration authority, or an embassy, and we are not affiliated with any of them.

03What we do

Path Plaza provides education consultancy and support services, which may include (as agreed for your case):

• Profile check and study-abroad consultation — an honest view of your realistic options;
• Roadmap planning — a structured, written plan for your study-abroad case;
• University and course direction — shortlists matched to your eligibility, goals, and affordability;
• Application and documentation support — form completion guidance, record organisation, and statement-of-purpose guidance;
• Visa file preparation assistance — organising, verifying, and presenting your file honestly;
• Pre-departure support — practical guidance on travel, arrival, and settling in.

The exact scope for your case is confirmed in writing in your service agreement. Free and paid services are always distinguished clearly before you pay anything.

06Your responsibilities

• Accurate information: provide complete, correct, and current information and documents. Remedies for wrong information (missed deadlines, refusals, wasted fees) are limited because outcomes depend on what you give us.
• Timely responses: meet the document and signature deadlines we agree; institutions will not wait.
• Official payments: pay universities, test centres, and authorities only through their official channels. We do not collect third-party fees in cash "on your behalf" unless agreed in writing.
• Your own accounts: you control your own email and application-portal accounts. Never share your passwords or one-time codes with anyone, including us; we will never ask for them.
• Reading official documents: read your offer letters, CAS/visa instructions, and our service agreement before signing or paying.

07Honesty standard

Our work is built on honest files. In particular:

• All information and documents in applications and visa files must be genuine and accurate.
• Previous visa refusals — for any country — must be disclosed where applications require it. Concealing a refusal is a recognised ground for refusal and bans.
• If you ask us to submit, create, or hide anything false — or if we discover false documents — we will stop work on your case and may terminate the service immediately. Fees already paid for work performed are not refundable in that situation.

09Fees & payment

• Our service fees are discussed in consultation and confirmed in writing in your service agreement before you pay. We do not publish fee schedules on the Website; any figure on the Website (such as the price of a specific standalone product, where shown) is indicative until confirmed in your agreement.
• Third-party costs — university application fees, tuition deposits, English test fees, TB test fees, IHS/insurance, visa fees, courier and translation charges — are separate from our fees, set by third parties, and usually non-refundable by them.
• Fees are for services, not outcomes. Payment relates to the work described in your agreement and is never linked to, or conditional on guaranteeing, an admission, scholarship, or visa result.
• Receipts: every payment to Path Plaza is acknowledged with a written receipt.

10Cancellations & refunds

What is refundable depends on which stage your case has reached and what work we have already performed:

• Consultation / Roadmap fee: refundable if you cancel before the session or before work begins; once delivered, it is earned and non-refundable.
• Application-stage fees: refundable minus the value of work already performed (assessments, shortlists prepared, applications submitted). Third-party amounts already paid out (application fees, courier, translations) are never refundable by us.
• Visa refusal: a refusal is an outcome we do not control and does not itself create a refund entitlement; any partial refund depends on your written agreement and the stage of work completed.
• Dishonesty termination (Section 7): fees for work performed are not refundable.

Your written service agreement sets out the exact refund schedule for your case and prevails over this summary. Full details: Service Scope & Refund Policy (linked in the site footer). Refund requests are made in writing to info@pathplaza.com and answered within 14 days.

11Using this website Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the Website for anything unlawful, or to submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authority;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy Website content or course information using automated tools, without our written permission;
• attempt to probe, breach, or overload the Website, its forms, or its security features;
• misrepresent yourself as Path Plaza, or reuse our name, logo, or materials in a way that suggests endorsement of your own service, without written permission.

Website content is provided for general guidance. It does not create a consultant–client relationship until we confirm one in writing.

12Intellectual property

The Website's text, design, graphics, logo, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Path Plaza (SMC) Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use (for example, reviewing our policies with your family). Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

Documents we produce for your case (roadmaps, checklists, kits) are prepared for your personal use and may not be resold or published by you.

13Third-party sites and services

The Website links to university websites, official portals, test providers, and government resources. These are independent of us: we do not control their content, availability, pricing, or decisions, and links do not imply endorsement or partnership unless we explicitly say so in writing. Your dealings with any third party — including payments — are governed by that party's own terms.

14Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for decisions of institutions, authorities, test providers, or any third party — including refusals, withdrawals, intake closures, fee changes, or delays.
• We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided, missed deadlines on your side, or changes of law or policy after guidance was given.
• We do not warrant that the Website will always be available, error-free, or that all content is current at the moment you read it.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim connected with a Path Plaza service is limited to the fees you actually paid to Path Plaza for that service (excluding third-party amounts).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version number and effective date at the top show the current edition, and the date of your service agreement fixes which edition governs that engagement. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16Governing law & disputes

These terms and any dispute connected with the Website or our services are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly and fairly — most concerns can be settled in conversation. Failing resolution, the courts of Lahore, Pakistan shall have jurisdiction.
