All such decisions rest solely with the institutions and authorities concerned. We do not publish percentage "success rates", because past results of other students do not determine the outcome of your application — anyone who guarantees you a result is not being honest with you.
03Accuracy & currency of information
We work hard to keep the Website accurate and current, but:
- fees, entry requirements, scholarship availability, intake dates, programme structures, and immigration rules change frequently and sometimes without notice;
- course availability shown anywhere — including information stemming from course-finder and aggregator platforms — is discovery information and is not live confirmation of an open seat;
- nothing on the Website should be treated as an offer, a price quote, or a confirmation until verified against the official institutional source, which our process does before you commit money to an application.
Where the Website and an official institutional page differ, the official source always prevails.
04Independence & relationships notice
Path Plaza (SMC) Pvt Ltd is an independent private consultancy. We are not owned by, controlled by, or an official arm of any university, government, embassy, or immigration authority.
Path Plaza may support applications through verified application channels, trusted recruitment platforms, and available university routes — including the GeeBee/Unisetu partner network, subject to current verification. We claim direct partnership only where a signed agreement exists.
Logos, names, and trademarks of institutions and authorities referenced on the Website belong to their respective owners; their use is for identification and guidance only and does not imply endorsement of Path Plaza.

Any testimonial shown on the Website is a genuine account from a real client, published with their written permission, in the name format they chose.
